Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Work closely with a small team to ensure stores run efficiently, often as the sole lead on fewer staffed shifts.
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead teams through tasks and supervision, focused on high-volume, customer-facing workflows.
- Manage performance, handle disciplinaries, and ensure fair scheduling and payroll accuracy.
- In store networks, assist other sites when needed due to team shortages or operational needs.

- Experience: Proven line management in a fast-paced retail or customer-centric environment.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about exceptional service and team coaching to deliver this consistently.
- Performance Excellence: Ability to meet and exceed KPIs (sales, availability, satisfaction rates).
- Confidence & Autonomy: Experience leading operations when senior management isn’t present.
- Competence in HR: Handling disciplinaries, performance reviews, and attendance management.

Essential Criteria
To apply, you should have: ✅ A track record of exceeding customer service expectations and motivating others to do the same. ✅ Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments—driving performance while keeping operations efficient and smooth running. ✅ Demonstrated operational leadership—leading store management when required. ✅ A history of meeting/exceeding KPIs (sales, stock availability, satisfaction, colleague engagement). ✅ Management experience covering employee relations (disciplinary proceedings, performance management).
