Customer & Trading Manager – Food Services

About the Role

As a Customer & Trading Manager in Food Services, you’ll lead a large team across our bakery, deli, pizza counter and more. Your responsibilities will span:

  • Ensuring high-quality food preparation
  • Managing waste reduction while maintaining high availability and product choice
  • Planning efficient staff schedules
  • Overseeing team performance
  • Supporting colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences, from teaching customers culinary tips to serving freshly prepared café meals

Your role is at the heart of keeping customers coming back to shop with us by fostering a great in-store experience with consistently high-quality food service.
