Online Store Manager – Driving Operational Excellence in Retail

Core Responsibilities: Orchestrating Success
Plan and execute the online picking and delivery service, guaranteeing flawless fulfilment of online orders within the store. Leading with presence, you’ll:
- Engage and coach large teams of shoppers and drivers, fostering a safe, seamless experience for all shoppers (online and in-store).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow managers to uphold the store’s exemplary shopping experience.
- Lead in employee relations, covering performance management, disciplinary processes, and accurate payroll scheduling.
Note: Online teams operate early morning shifts, primarily picking items for deliveries between 04:00–08:00.

✅ Unmatched customer service legacy—Your track record of stellar service extends to mentoring colleagues. ✅ Proven team exponent in fast-paced, customer-centric roles: Proven ability to inspire teams, drive performance, and stabilise operations. ✅ Operational self-reliance—Let go for functions (e.g., staff operations) when needed and still ensure no-shows or gaps. ✅ Impact through metrics—A history of surpassing KPIs (sales, availability, satisfaction, engagement). ✅ Disciplinary assurance—Have managed performance and absence issues, upholding fair and professional workplaces.
