Customer Assistant – Lidl (35-hour contract)
Pay & Benefits
- £13.45 – £14.45 per hour | 35-hour contract
- various shifts (5am – 11pm)
- 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
- 10% in-store discount

- Additional pay for bank holidays (+£2.00/hr) & night shifts (+£3.50/hr)

Responsibilities
Your role involves:
- Providing expert customer help with product queries, requests, and transactions
- Efficiently processing store deliveries as they arrive
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Keeping the bakery stocked with fresh goods daily
- Organising and merchandising non-food products for a great retail experience
Requirements
You’ll need:
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility (early starts, late finishes, shift adjustments)
- A positive, team-focused approach
- Drive and passion to ensure smooth operations
- A smile and helpful demeanour that sets the tone for your team
