Lidl Customer Assistant

Summary

  • £13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 35-hour contract | Various AM and PM shifts
  • 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
  • 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
  • Additional payment:
    • £2.00 per hour for bank holidays
    • £3.50 per hour for night shifts

  • Progress into roles such as Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist
  • Oversee sections like the bakery and Non-Food aisles

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Being a Lidl expert, assisting customers with their questions and queries
  • Efficiently managing deliveries as they arrive
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Proactively replenishing the bakery with fresh goods
  • Organising and merchandising Non-Food products in the middle aisles

Requirements
