What You’ll Do
- Become a go-to Lidl expert, helping customers with every queries, questions, and special requests
- Work efficiently with deliveries as they arrive, ensuring smooth stock rotation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and dedication
- Maintain fast-turnover areas like the bakery (including baking fresh goods)
- Expertly merchandise and organise non-food middle aisles to create an inviting shop experience
What You Need
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- A track record of exceptional customer service—every interaction counts
- Flexibility to adapt to early starts or late finishes, as required by the store
- A positive and resilient attitude when priorities shift quickly
- Relentless energy, initiative, and pride in (and beyond) a job well done
- The ability to smile, engage, and inspire team morale while meeting customer needs
