Customer Assistant

Customer Assistant – Lidl (Retail Role)

Salary & Benefits

£13.45 – £14.45 per hour for 35-hour contracts

  • 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
  • 10% in-store discount
  • Pension scheme
  • Extra pay: £2.00/hour for bank holidays, £3.50/hour for overnight shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Become a Lidl expert: Help customers with product queries, orders, and special requests
  • Handle deliveries efficiently: Restock and organise goods as they arrive
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Keep the bakery fresh and ready: Top up with newly baked goods on rotation
  • Organise Non-Food sections: Expertly merchandise and maintain middle aisles for a seamless shopping experience
