Customer Assistant – Lidl (Retail Role)
Salary & Benefits
£13.45 – £14.45 per hour for 35-hour contracts
- 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
- 10% in-store discount
- Pension scheme
- Extra pay: £2.00/hour for bank holidays, £3.50/hour for overnight shifts
About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Become a Lidl expert: Help customers with product queries, orders, and special requests
- Handle deliveries efficiently: Restock and organise goods as they arrive
- Deliver extraordinary customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Keep the bakery fresh and ready: Top up with newly baked goods on rotation
- Organise Non-Food sections: Expertly merchandise and maintain middle aisles for a seamless shopping experience
