#Lidl Customer Assistant – Full-Time Contract
Summary
- Hourly pay: £13.45 – £14.45
- Hours: 35/week contract (flexible shifts, including weekends)
- Holiday: 30–35 days (pro rata)
- Discount: 10% in-store discount
- Pension: Available scheme
- Bank/Nights: £2.00/hr bonus for bank holidays; £3.50/hr for nights

About the Role

Every shift is different—restock shelves, handle till operations, and keep the store immaculate. Consistently deliver great service to ensure customers and colleagues want to return.

Your Responsibilities
- Be a Lidl product expert, answering customer questions and guiding shoppers effectively.
- Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive on-floor.
- Commit to stellar customer service, handling queries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Ensure the bakery section stays fresh, restocking and preparing goods to order.
- Organise and present Non-Food products (e.g., cleaning supplies, pet care) knowledgeably.
