Customer Assistant (Retail) – Part-Time Contract Position
Key Details
- Pay rate: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour
- Contract: 16-hour shifts | PM shifts
- Holiday: 30-35 days (pro rata)
- Discount: 10% in-store discount
- Pension: Available
- Pay enhancements: +£2.00/hr for bank holidays, +£3.50/hr for nights

What You’ll Do
- Provide customer-focused support, answering questions and ensuring every interaction is positive
- Efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store
- Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying Lidl’s commitment to high standards
- Maintain freshness by replenishing goods and ensuring bakery products are always up to scratch
- Organise and stock Non-Food aisle products, keeping the store visually appealing and functional

- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
