Customer Assistant (£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 35-hour contract)

Core Duties:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service, acting as a Lidl expert to address questions and requests
  • Handle store deliveries efficiently, ensuring smooth operations
  • Actively stock the bakery with fresh goods daily
  • Expertly merchandise and arrange Non-Food products in middle aisles

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in fast-paced retail environments
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
  • Flexibility to adjust shift start times (early mornings) or extended hours
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • Passion for working hard and contributing to store success
