Customer Assistant ( AM & PM Shifts ) – Lidl
Summary
- Salary: £13.45 - £16.95 per hour*(including banding for overnight/shift differentials)*
- Contract: Up to 30 hours, flexible shifts available (AM & PM)
- Holiday Entitlement: 30-35 days’ (pro rata)

What You’ll Do

- Answer customer queries, supporting shoppers with product questions or special requests
- Unload and manage deliveries efficiently

- Organise Non-Food aisles, ensuring great presentation

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for motivated team players with:
- Fast-paced work experience (optional but preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt start/finish times (early/late shifts)
- A positive attitude to teamwork and prioritisation
- Enthusiasm – energy turns stores into thriving success stories!
