As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no shift feels like another—you’ll keep the store vibrant, maintain its functionality, and ensure exceptional service for shoppers. Responsibilities range from restocking shelves and managing the checkout to baking fresh goods, merchandising non-food products, and organisation. Your role blends action, energy, and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you’ll be expected to:

  • Serve as a Lidl knowledge expert, assisting customers with questions or requests promptly
  • Work efficiently with deliveries as they arrive
  • Deliver excellent customer service with genuine enthusiasm
  • Proactively maintain fresh goods, including top-ups for the bakery section
  • Expertly merchandise and ensure middle aisles of non-food products are neat, well-stocked, and appealing

Requirements
