Responsibilities
- Be a trusted Lidl expert, helping customers with product knowledge and queries
- Efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store
- Provide exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and a helping hand
- Proactively restock the bakery with fresh goods
- Organise and merchandise non-food aisles to maintain an appealing display
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork
- Flexibility to start shifts early or work late when needed
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A positive, helpful attitude—smile often, inspire your team, and make every customer’s visit great
