Your tasks will keep you busy and engaged—whether it’s restocking shelves, assisting at checkout, maintaining cleanliness, or delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a Lidl expert, assisting customers with product queries and requests
  • Efficiently handle deliveries as they arrive in store
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with pride and enthusiasm
  • Prepare and maintain the bakery by baking fresh goods
  • Merchandise and reorganise Non-Food products in the middle aisles
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environments

Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming attitude
  • Flexibility to start shifts early or finish late, depending on store needs
  • A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Drive to work hard and take ownership of your store’s success
  • Enthusiasm to help your team and customers with a friendly smile
