As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. Your tasks will keep you busy and engaged—whether it’s restocking shelves, assisting at checkout, maintaining cleanliness, or delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do
- Serve as a Lidl expert, assisting customers with product queries and requests
- Efficiently handle deliveries as they arrive in store
- Deliver exceptional customer service with pride and enthusiasm
- Prepare and maintain the bakery by baking fresh goods
- Merchandise and reorganise Non-Food products in the middle aisles
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond quickly
- Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming attitude
- Flexibility to start shifts early or finish late, depending on store needs
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Drive to work hard and take ownership of your store’s success
- Enthusiasm to help your team and customers with a friendly smile
