Customer Assistant – Lidl (£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 20-hour contract | 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata)

About the Role
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you’ll:
- Engage with customers with friendly expert service, assisting with questions, queries, and tailored recommendations.
- Operate efficiently on both till and behind-the-scenes, restocking shelves, managing deliveries, and ensuring seamless operations.
- Prioritise freshness—proactively replenishing bakery goods and maintaining designated Non-Food and middle-aisle displays.
- Enhance customer experience through clean, organised store facilities, showcasing your pride in exemplary standards.
You’ll work closely with colleagues, embodying positivity and dedication to meet evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Be more than just a service provider: stand out as a Lidl specialist by:
- Advising customers with trustworthiness and knowledge about products.
- Processing deliveries efficiently, distributing stock promptly and accurately.
- Exemplifying customer service—going above and beyond to deliver a smile and professional support.
- Topping up the bakery with fresh, appealing goods to meet customer demand.
- Curating a premium shopping experience: merchandising and organising Non-Food and fresh products for clarity and appeal.
