Summary
£13.45 - £14.45 per hour | 30-hour contract | shifts | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Role Overview
As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts will ever feel the same. You’ll keep moving, helping the business thrive while enjoying variety.
You’ll take pride in exceeding expectations—whether that means:
- Restocking shelves
- Assisting at customer service desks
- Keeping the store clean, organised and customer-focused
And because you’ll be empowering your team and exceeding expectations for our customers, Lidl will provide a competitive pay structure—including £2.00 additional pay per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 for nights, alongside a supportive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with questions, queries, and requests.
- Coordinate and manage store deliveries efficiently as they arrive.
- Stand out with great customer engagement—leaving a friendly, helpful impression for every visitor.
- Proactively maintain the storeloaded with fresh bakery goods.
- Expertly display and stock our middle aisles in the Non-Food section.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Preference for (or experience in) fast-paced environments
- Strong customer service skills
- The flexibility to adapt shift start and end times
- A solution-focused mentality when priorities change
- Determination, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
- A bright, endearing personality to motivate both the team and customers.
