Customer Assistant – 30-Hour Contract (Part-Time)
Key Details
- Salary: £13.45 – £14.45 per hour
- Contract: 30 hours per week
- Shifts: Mix of morning and evening rotations | Flexible weekends
- Roles: Interviews on 8th July 2026
- Holiday Entitlement: 30-35 days (pro rata)

What You’ll Do
✔ Lidl Expertise: Help customers with product queries and request Organisation ✔ Delivery Handling: Efficiently process store incoming deliveries ✔ Service Excellence: Provide welcoming, proactive support ✔ Bakery Management: Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh goods ✔ Middle Aisle Merchandising: Organise and maintain Non-Food products
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, and weekend shifts as required
- Adaptability to changing workloads
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to excellence
