Customer Assistant - £14.80 - £15.30 per hour | 20 hour contract

Key Responsibilities
- Be a trusted Lidl expert, answering customer questions and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
- Handle deliveries efficiently as they arrive in-store
- Deliver exceptional customer service day after day
- Proactively manage bakery restocking on fresh goods
- Merchandise and organise our middle-aisle Non-Food products
Requirements
You’ll need to be:
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally customer service-oriented
- Flexible to start shifts early or work through late hours
- Adaptable to changing priorities with a positive mindset
- Passionate about upholding high standards of performance
- Friendly and relatable—someone who boosts team morale and energises customers
