Customer Assistant - £14.80 - £15.30 per hour | 20 hour contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted Lidl expert, answering customer questions and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
  • Handle deliveries efficiently as they arrive in-store
  • Deliver exceptional customer service day after day
  • Proactively manage bakery restocking on fresh goods
  • Merchandise and organise our middle-aisle Non-Food products

Requirements

You’ll need to be:

  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment
  • Naturally customer service-oriented
  • Flexible to start shifts early or work through late hours
  • Adaptable to changing priorities with a positive mindset
  • Passionate about upholding high standards of performance
  • Friendly and relatable—someone who boosts team morale and energises customers
