- Use digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, keeping customers moving and satisfied
- Maintain impeccable food safety standards while managing multiple orders
- Operate at pace: fast, relentlessly focused on quality and efficiency
- Prioritise five-star customer service under pressure
- Support colleagues and foster a high-performance culture
- Adapt quickly to workloads and work flexibly across different shifts
