- Monday: 12:00 – 16:00
- Wednesday: 12:00 – 16:00
- Saturday: 12:00 – 16:00
About the Role
Join our M&S Café – the warm and welcoming hub of our store where customers come to recharge. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role for people who thrive under pressure, deliver exceptional service, and enjoy a varied, dynamic work environment.
You’ll be the essence of our brand:

Key Responsibilities
- Order Handling & Efficiency
- Utilise our digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly and accurately.
- Focus on speed and precision while maintaining exceptional food safety standards.
- Stay ahead of queues—our customers expect smooth, fast service, and we deliver.
