Customer Assistant - Cafe - Taunton

Work Pattern

Week 1:

  • Sunday: 13:00–17:00
  • Monday: 12:30–19:30
  • Friday: 05:00–09:00
  • Saturday: 05:00–13:00

Week 2:

  • Sunday: 13:00–17:00
  • Wednesday: 12:30–19:30
  • Friday: 05:00–09:00
  • Saturday: 05:00–13:00

Under 18 Disclaimer

This role requires early shift work, meaning we cannot consider applications from those under the age of 18. This aligns with health and safety legislation to ensure a safe workplace for all colleagues.

Additional pay details: An additional £3.00/hour unsocial premium applies only to hours worked between 22:00–06:00.


About the Role

Join our team in the Marks & Spencer Café, the heart of our store where customers seek comfort and refreshment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to those who thrive under pressure, deliver excellent service, and work effectively as part of a team.
