Customer Assistant - Cafe - West Quay

M&S Café Coordinator – Hands-On Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

Work Pattern

Week 1

  • Sun: 11:00–16:00
  • Mon: 11:00–16:00
  • Thurs: 11:00–16:00
  • Fri: 11:00–16:00

Week 2

  • Mon: 11:00–16:00
  • Wed: 11:00–16:00
  • Fri: 11:00–16:00
  • Sat: 11:00–16:00

About the Role

Join our dynamic team in the M&S Café—the bustling heart of our store where customers come to refresh and engage. This is a high-energy role for those who thrive under pressure, balancing speed with five-star customer service every time.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll:

  • Make personalised food and drink recommendations
  • Ensure seamless café operations, even during peak demand
  • Handle orders efficiently while maintaining impeccable food safety standards

Digital confidence is essential. You’ll leverage our tools to process orders quickly, keeping queues moving and customers smiling.
