The Role – M&S Café Team Member (Brand Ambassador)

What You’ll Do
As a brand ambassador, you’ll:
- Provide great food and drink recommendations
- Ensure smooth café operations – especially during bustling periods
- Master our digital tools to efficiently take and fulfil orders, keeping customers happy and moving smoothly
- Maintain impeccable food safety standards while striking a fast-paced balance
- Deliver relentlessly high-quality service, never compromising on speed or attention to detail
- Foster a collaborative environment – supporting colleagues and embedding our high-performance culture
- Stay flexible and adaptable, ready to lend a hand wherever needed, no matter the demand
