Customer Assistant - Cafe - West Quay

Café Ambassador – M&S Café (Hands-On High-Pressure Role)

Work Pattern

Week 1

  • Saturday: 08:00–16:00
  • Wednesday: 10:00–18:00
  • Thursday: 08:00–16:00
  • Friday: 10:00–18:00

Week 2

  • Tuesday: 10:00–18:00
  • Wednesday: 09:00–17:00
  • Friday: 10:00–18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00–17:00

About the Role

Join our team in the M&S Café – the vibrant heart of our store where customers gather to relax and refuel. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role designed for those who thrive under pressure but still deliver exceptional five-star service.

As a Café Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brand, excelling in both food and drink recommendations while ensuring seamless café operations—even during peak times.
