Customer Assistant Cash Office
Customer Assistant – Cash Office & Store Operations (Full-time/Part-time)
Location: Morrisons Stores UK Role Summary: Join our friendly and dynamic team as a Customer Assistant in our Cash Office, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. This versatile position offers training across multiple store functions, including stock management and customer support.
About the Role
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll primarily work in our Cash Office but also take on five other key tasks as part of your training:
- Accurate cash handling – Bringing together and reconciling cash from both main and self-checkouts every day.
- Preparing your firm – Setting up tills for colleagues and customers to ensure a seamless service.
- Supporting across the store – Rotating into areas like Market Street, Replenishment, stock-taking, and gap scans.
- Empowering efficiency – Total flexibility in your role means you’ll be part of a team, ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
