Customer Assistant - Craigavon

Customer Assistant – Lidl

Summary

From our Head Office to the shop floor and everywhere in between, our primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at Lidl.

Earn £13.30 per hour—with flexibility!

Flexible Hours to Fit Your Life! Life is busy, so we offer contracts for 10, 20, 35, or 30 hours per week. On our standard 30-hour contract, you’ll earn £490+ per week* (inclusive of unsocial hours).

Weekend work is an option! Let’s talk about your availability and tailor a shift pattern that fits your needs.

Age Requirement: As a Customer Assistant, you are required to sell alcohol, so you must be 18 or over to work in our store.

Shift Patterns

  • Early Shift (Morning): Start at 4 am with your team. Work to get award-winning stock fully restocked on the shop floor and bakery products ready—so customers can Go Full Lidl!

  • Middle Shift: Start mid-morning or early afternoon, ensuring the store remains spotlessly clean, well-presented, with fresh products on hand. Help customers with queries on the shop floor and work on tills to minimise queues.

  • Late Shift: Start in the afternoon, supporting high-class customer experiences—serving customers with a smile, restocking missing items, and preparing the store for the following day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
