Customer Assistant

Customer Assistant (£13.45 - £14.45 per hour)

  • £13.45 - £14.45 per hour
  • 20-hour contract
  • Early shifts (5 AM)
  • 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
  • 10% off in-store purchases

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, your role is dynamic and ever-changing. You’ll:

  • Restock shelves
  • Assist at tills
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organisation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service every time

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a Lidl expert, assisting customers with questions and concerns
  • Handle deliveries efficiently as they arrive
  • Provide passionate, top-tier customer service
  • Proactively maintain our bakery stock, ensuring freshness
  • Expertly merchandise and organise Non-Food products in the middle aisles

What You’ll Need

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to start early or finish late

  • Drive and determination to contribute to store success
