About the Role
Salary: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour Contract: 20 - 25 hours per week Holiday: 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) Benefits: 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

- Pay boosts: +£2 per hour for bank holidays | +£3.50 per hour for night shifts

Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide expert advice to customers on product questions, queries, and requests
- Efficiently process deliveries and assist with stock management
- Deliver exceptional customer service—ensuring every interaction is positive
- Proactively maintain stock levels, especially in the bakery section
- Organise and merchandise Non-Food middle aisles to create a clean and appealing shop layout
