About the Role

Salary: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour Contract: 20 - 25 hours per week Holiday: 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) Benefits: 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

You’ll keep our store clean, organised, and running smoothly, all while delivering world-class customer service and working closely with fellow team members.

  • Pay boosts: +£2 per hour for bank holidays | +£3.50 per hour for night shifts

Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on product questions, queries, and requests
  • Efficiently process deliveries and assist with stock management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service—ensuring every interaction is positive
  • Proactively maintain stock levels, especially in the bakery section
  • Organise and merchandise Non-Food middle aisles to create a clean and appealing shop layout
