  • Monday: 15:30 – 19:30
  • Saturday: 10:30 – 19:30

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised fashion advice to help customers find their perfect look
  • Empower sales with trend-forward recommendations and deep product knowledge
  • Stay digitally proficient—track inventory, use customer-facing tools, and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintain spot-on merchandising, including rearranging displays, restocking, and keeping areas neat and welcoming
  • Reflect the M&S brand ambiance with your attitude, dress, and interactions
  • Support store operations during striping, planning, and end-of-shift tasks
