Customer Assistant – Fashion, Home & Beauty

Location: Marks & Spencer Work Pattern:

Week 1

  • Sunday: 13:30 – 17:30
  • Tuesday: 14:00 – 18:00
  • Wednesday: 15:30 – 19:30

Week 2

  • Sunday: 11:00 – 15:00
  • Tuesday: 15:30 – 19:30
  • Wednesday: 15:30 – 19:30

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. You’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and exceptional service—this is more than retail; it’s about driving sales, growing our market share, and helping customers discover the latest trends.

The ideal candidate will be:

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with speed and accuracy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Sell fashion products through expert advice and upselling opportunities
  • Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks App) to enhance customer interactions
  • Adapt quickly to meet retail demands and support your team dynamically
  • Uphold high standards, maintaining a positive store environment
  • Help drive sales while delivering immediate impact to M&S’s transformation
