Location: Marks & Spencer (Store-based) Work Pattern:
- Tuesday: 15:30 – 19:30
- Wednesday: 15:30 – 19:30
- Saturday: 15:30 – 19:30
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver fast, warm, and high-impact service across Fashion, Home, & Beauty.
- Leverage digital tools (like the Sparks App) to enhance interactions and accelerate our transition to the new M&S.
- Provide trend-driven recommendations and help customers discover our most on-trend products.

Experience & Background
While all queries are considered seriously, some advantage will be given to the following:
- Previous retail experience in customer-facing roles, especially in fashion
- Awareness of current trends in fashion innovation
- Experience using digital retail tools and in-store point-of-sale systems
