- Friday: 15.30–19.30
- Saturday: 14.00–18.00
Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service. About the Role
At M&S, our customers don’t wait—you’ll work in a high-demand environment, rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in, no matter how busy the day gets.
Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll utilise tools like:

These will enhance the customer experience and accelerate our transition to the new M&S.
