Customer Assistant – Marks & Spencer (Fashion, Home & Beauty)

Work Pattern

  • Wednesday: 15:30 – 19:30
  • Friday: 15:30 – 19:30
  • Saturday: 15:30 – 19:30

Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. You’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service—this isn’t just a retail job; it’s a role for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who love pace, hard work and driving transformation.

We’re seeking bold brand ambassadors ready to:

  • Boost sales and grow our market share in fashion
  • Help customers discover on-trend and fashionable products
  • Operate in a high-demand environment, maintaining top service even under pressure
