Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. You’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service—this isn’t just a retail job; it’s a role for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who love pace, hard work and driving transformation.
We’re seeking bold brand ambassadors ready to:

• Enthusiasm for retail and a love of fashion • Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure scenarios • Basic digital literacy (proficient in using retail tools like Sparks App) • Customer service district with friendliness and professionalism • Stamina and energy to work fast-paced hours (including evenings and weekends)
