About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in the Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll deliver style advice and exceptional service. We’re looking for confident, resilient, and fashion-forward individuals ready to:
- Boost sales
- Act as a go-to brand ambassador for M&S Fashion
- Stand out as a resilient and energetic representative of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll operate in a high-demand environment, ensuring:
- Get hands-on—no task is too big, no matter how busy it gets
- Exceptional customer service—help shoppers find their ideal products
- Accelerate the move to the new M&S by leveraging digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices
