About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll deliver style advice and five-star service in our high-demand retail environment. You’ll be a resilient and confident brand ambassador, ready to serve customers, sell our latest fashion items, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic store.
Work Pattern
- Wednesday: 15:30–19:30
- Friday: 15:30–19:30
- Saturday: 14:00–18:00
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with pace, dedication, and enthusiasm, ensuring every interaction is exceptional.
- Drive sales by recommending the latest, most stylish products and enhancing the customer experience.
- Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks App, in-store devices) to improve service and accelerate the transition to the new M&S.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy under pressure, balancing speed with high standards.
- Collaborate as a team player, fostering a positive store atmosphere and supporting colleagues.
- Show flexibility and adaptability to meet store needs and customer demands.
- Embrace our digital-first approach, using technology to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
