Customer Assistant – Fashion, Home & Beauty

Location: Marks & Spencer

Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience using digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices
  • Deliver five-star service by blending efficiency, accuracy, and market awareness during peak and busy periods
  • Boost engagement and conversions in the Fashion, Home, and Beauty sections
  • Provide fashion recommendations to customers and assist them in finding their next trending items
  • Work collaboratively to maintain high standards in service, sales, and store organisation
  • Quickly adapt to workloads in a dynamic retail environment, helping wherever needed
