- Sunday: 11:00–15:00
- Wednesday: 06:00–10:00
- Friday: 06:00–10:00
About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll deliver style advice and an exceptional five-star service. This role is more than retail—it’s for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to our transformation.
We’re looking for fashion-forward, resilient, and confident brand ambassadors to drive sales, grow our market share in the style space, and help customers discover our most trending and fashionable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers seamlessly in a high-demand, fast-moving environment
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance customer experiences and support M&S’s transition to new digital standards
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy under pressure while ensuring exceptional service
- Operate as a strong team player, fostering a positive, energetic store culture
- Adapt quickly to meet demands—whether supporting colleagues, assisting customers, or aligning with store needs
