Customer Assistant – Fashion, Home & Beauty (Marks & Spencer)

Work Pattern

Week 1

  • Mon: 08:00–16:00
  • Wed: 06:00–10:00
  • Thu: 06:00–10:00
  • Fri: 10:00–17:00
  • Sat: 10:00–14:00

Week 2

  • Mon: 06:00–10:00
  • Wed: 15:00–19:00
  • Thu: 11:00–15:00
  • Fri: 06:00–14:00
  • Sat: 13:30–20:30

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. This is more than just a retail role—it’s an opportunity for fashion-forward individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll take on a crucial frontline role, driving sales, styling customers, and advocating for the latest trends in fashion. This includes:

  • Enhancing the customer experience through digital tools (e.g., Sparks App, in-store devices)
  • Providing style advice, guidance, and five-star service in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Upselling and promoting our most on-trend products
  • Collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Adapting quickly to customer needs and store demands
