Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. M&S is searching for passionate, fashion-savvy professionals ready to:

  • Deliver exceptional style advice and five-star service
  • Boost sales of our most trending products
  • Act as confident brand ambassadors, ensuring seamless customer experiences

About the Role

At M&S, our customers expect instant results—you’ll thrive in a high-demand environment, ready to work hard under pressure and contribute to our ambitious goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Frontline customer service & sales: Providing personalised style advice and assisting customers in discovering the latest Fashion, Home & Beauty offerings
  • Operating digital tools: Proficient use of M&S’s digital platforms, including the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance shopping experiences and support the shift to New M&S
  • Maintaining high standards: Balancing speed and accuracy to ensure a consistently outstanding service, even during peak periods
  • Teamwork & collaboration: Fostering a positive, energetic, and supportive store atmosphere, where every team member plays a key role
  • Flexibility & adaptability: Quickly responding to customer needs and staffing demands, with the ability to move efficiently based on store priorities
