About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. This isn’t just a retail job—it’s a dynamic frontline role where you’ll deliver intimate style advice and exceptional service while embracing pace, hard work, and innovation.
We’re seeking passionate, fashion-forward individuals to:
- Drive sales and grow our market share in high-demand style sectors
- Sell the latest on-trend fashion items
- Act as confident brand ambassadors, selling every customer the best experience

- Advise customers on the trendiest fashion, home & beauty products
- Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks App & in-store devices) to boost customer experience and accelerate our future tech transformation
- Maintain maximum efficiency & accuracy under pressure
- Foster a positive store culture by working collaboratively as a team
- Adapt instantly—retail requires flexibility, speed, and resilience
