About the Role
Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll deliver exceptional style advice and five-star service. This isn’t just a retail role – it’s an opportunity for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Working Hours
- Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 17:00 – 21:00

Customer Experience & Sales
- Provide fast, friendly customer service with confidence and urgency – we don’t wait!
- Use digital tools (e.g., Sparks App, in-store devices) to enhance the customer journey and support M&S’s digital transformation
- Sell fashion products efficiently while maintaining high standards of pace and accuracy under pressure
Teamwork & Adaptability
- Foster a positive, energetic store environment – teamwork is essential!
- Move with purpose: support colleagues and adapt to immediate needs in a fast-moving retail setting
- Embrace challenges with enthusiasm – flexibility and resilience are key
Fashion & Engagement
