Customer Assistant - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Lisburn

Work Pattern

  • Sunday: 15:00-19:00
  • Friday: 18:30-22:30
  • Saturday: 17:30-21:30

  • Operate in a high-demand environment, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, no matter how busy the day gets.
  • Be digitally confident, utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.
  • Maintain efficiency and effectiveness, keeping standards sky-high while balancing speed and accuracy, even when the pressure is on.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting each other every step of the way.
  • Adapt to where and when you’re needed, always ready to meet the next challenge head-on.
