Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised style advice to customers in Fashion, Home & Beauty.
- Sell the latest trend-driven products and drive sales growth.
- Utilise digtal tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and support retail transformation.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy, adapting to rapid changes in retail demands.
- Foster a positive team environment—supporting colleagues and delivering fast, friendly service.
- Work flexibly to meet the dynamic needs of the store, always ready for the next challenge.
