  • Monday: 06:00–12:00
  • Tuesday: 06:00–12:00
  • Thursday: 06:00–12:00
  • Saturday: 12:00–16:00

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section. You’ll take on a vital frontline role, delivering expert style advice and five-star service. This goes beyond standard retail duties—it’s a position for driven, fast-paced individuals committed to sharpening M&S’s transformation.

We’re searching for passionate, fashion-forward professionals eager to:

  • Drive sales
  • Expand M&S’s market share in fashion

  • Leverage M&S’s digital tools, including Sparks App and in-store devices
  • Enhance the customer experience through technology
  • Support the transition to M&S’s new digital-first model
