- Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on fashion, style advice, and product knowledge.

- Utilise digital tools—such as the Sparks App and in-store devices—to enhance customer experience and support M&S’s transition to new offerings.
- Balance efficiency, speed, and accuracy while upholding high standards of service.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering teamwork and energy.
- Exceed sales targets by showcasing the latest trends and products to customers.
- Adapt to changing needs and flow of the store, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements & Qualities
