Work Pattern

  • Thursday: 16:30–20:30
  • Saturday: 07:00–15:45

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you will play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

This is not just any retail job—it’s for passionate, fashion-forward individuals ready to drive sales, grow M&S’s share in the style space, and help customers discover the latest trends.

As a resilient and confident brand ambassador, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and sell our newest fashion items while working in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. No task is too busy; you’ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

  • Exceed sales targets by showcasing the latest trends and products to customers.
  • Adapt to changing needs and flow of the store, ensuring seamless operations.
