Location: Marks & Spencer (Store-Based Delivery) Job Type: Full-time, Customer Service Work Pattern

  • Sunday: 09:15 - 18:00
  • Friday: 14:30 - 18:30
  • Saturday: 14:30 - 18:30

About the Role

Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, playing a vital frontline role. This goes beyond traditional retail—it’s for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our ambitious store transformation.

We’re seeking fashion-forward, resilient, and confident employees to:

  • Drive sales & expand our style market share
  • Provide five-star service with expert style advice
  • Sell trending and innovative products

Core Objectives

You’ll excel in a high-energy, high-demand retail setting where adaptability and speed are priorities. Critical contributions include:

  • Enhancing the customer experience with digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store technology.
  • Maintaining M&S standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, building positive store culture through teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide **personalised style advice and support to customers across Fashion, Home & Beauty.
  • Sell fashion products with confidence—capitalise on trends and modelling key pieces.
  • Leverage digital tools (e.g., the Sparks App) to streamline processes, track progress, and promote M&S’s transformation.
  • Handle fast-paced floor demands during peak times, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to sustain a welcoming store environment and put customers first.
  • Flexibly adapt to operational needs, such as stocking, assisting with orders, and responding to sales updates.
