About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Confidently recommend and sell the latest M&S Food products to shoppers.
- Front-of-House Excellence: Provide remarkable customer service to make every shopping trip exceptional.
- Balanced Workload: Handle high-traffic periods with resilience and energy.
- Digital Confidence: Utilise tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices for a smooth shopping experience—faster product retrieval and personalised assistance.
- Sales Growth: Go above and beyond to drive increased sales, fill shelves efficiently while ensuring stores remain clutter-free.
- Versatility: Lead teams, adapt tasks (e.g., posing, customer advice, checkout assistance) to meet demand—cha fiercely with an appetite for a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Shift seamlessly between frontline areas (deli, bakery, supermarket aisles).
- Teamwork: Contribute to a positive, high-energy store culture.
