  • Tuesday: 13:00 - 17:00
  • Wednesday: 13:00 - 17:00
  • Friday: 13:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday: 06:00 - 10:00

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at pace, ensuring every shopper leaves feeling valued and satisfied
  • Upsell and recommend our latest products with confidence, driving sales
  • Operate digitally using tools like Sparks and in-store devices to tailor recommendations and streamline purchases
  • Fill shelves, restock, and maintain high standards of presentation
  • Work flexibly across store areas to meet customer and operational needs—no two shifts will be the same!
  • Drive sales and business growth through focused, service-led interactions
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting colleagues and fostering collaboration
  • Embrace innovation as part of M&S’ business transformation, helping shape the future of retail
