- Seek out the finest ambassadors for our brand, confidently promoting and selling our latest food innovations
- Deliver remarkable customer service in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during peak shopping times
- "Go above and beyond"—serving customers, closing sales, restocking shelves, and proactively driving growth
- Utilise digital tools like our Sparks system and in-store devices to elevate efficiency and customer experience
- Support a positive, high-energy team culture—collaborate, adapt, and listen to customers
