Customer Assistant (Part-time/Casual) – Food Section

Work Pattern

Main shifts run:

  • Sunday: 16:00 – 20:00
  • Tuesday: 16:00 – 20:00
  • Thursday: 16:00 – 20:00
  • Friday: 16:00 – 20:00
  • Saturday: 16:00 – 20:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers always receive five-star service, from effective shelf stocking to expert product recommendations
  • Maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Drive sales growth by confidently promoting and selling product launches
  • Utilise digital tools—such as Sparks devices and POS systems—to enhance customer experience
